Before registering please note:

Registration includes morning and afternoon tea, lunch and conference pack.

All registration must be complete and paid in full before COB Friday May 12, 2017.

Registration will be confirmed once full payment is received.

Registration and payments will not be accepted at the conference.

Refund Policy
Refunds not available for cancellations from two weeks prior to the Conference.

Cancellations prior to two weeks from the Conference will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee.

Payments

Payments can be made by credit card, cheque or direct deposit.

Your privacy is important to Catholic Mission. Catholic Mission does not sell or distribute any information that is collected to any commercial enterprise. Personal information collected in respect of proposed participation in the Mission: one heart many voices Conference will be used for the purposes of planning and conducting of the Conference and for future correspondence related to mission and leadership formation activities.

International participants and Visas

We are delighted to be welcome international participants. The conference is registered with the Department of Immigration and Border Protection and the International Event Coordinator Network. For anyone who requires a visa, this simplifies the process and gives us quick, easy and direct access and contact with the Department to oversee, coordinate and manage visa arrangements.

Please note that at the very least you will need to start the application process ten weeks before the start of the conference.
